chilled ripe banana 1 nos
dates 4-5 nos
warm low fat milk 1/4 cups
cold low fat milk 1/2 cups
thick coconut milk 1/4 cups
blanched almonds 3-4 nos
Directions
Deseed and soak dates in warm milk for 30 minutes. do not throw away milk
Blend all ingredients. Serve immediately. Use Almond or soy milk incase of dairy allergy
